Maplewood Court, Basildon 

The design and construction of 20 one and two bedroom flats for private sale and shared ownership. The build which consisted of piled foundations and traditional masonry construction was on the site of a redundant former community hall and carpark. The scheme also included the provision of a new site entrance to Essex Highways requirements and new sewer and utility connections.
