With an ever increasing demand for new and affordable housing, Indecon continues to enjoy successful and increasingly closer relationships with a number of Housing Associations and Local Authorities through the London Area and the Eastern Home Counties.
Throughout these areas we have been involved in new build schemes of various sizes, from the construction of individual houses to the development of large scale projects of up to thirty units. Indecon has evolved alongside its Housing Association and Local Authority Clients and is experienced in providing units to a mix of different tenures such as Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Private Market Sale as well as providing commercial and retail units as part of the developments.
Indecon is familiar with different types of tendering including single stage, two stage and negotiation. On many of the schemes Indecon has been engaged on a “design and build” basis utilising JCT Design and Build Contracts, however, we are conversant with also JCT Traditional Contracts as well as NEC Contracts.
