The design and construction of 10 one and two bedroom flats for social rent. The build which consisted of a mixture of traditional masonry construction along with steel portal frames was on the site of a redundant former community centre. The scheme also included the provision of a new site entrance to Essex Highways requirements and new sewer and utility connections.
