Description: The design and construction of 6 one bedroom maisonettes on a redundant garage site including demolition, mains sewer diversions and utility connections. The existing garages formed the rear boundary to the gardens of the neighbouring terrace and the works included the agreement of party wall awards for the removal of the garages and replacement with new boundary walls.
