Roman Way

The design and construction of 15 units comprising 9 two bedroom houses, 2 three bedroom houses and 4 four bedroom houses. The site was previously occupied by post war pre-fab sheltered accommodation which was demolished. Post demolition the enabling works involved the removal of asbestos contaminated soils under controlled conditions and the diversion of a major electrical main under the supervision of an archaeological survey.
