Rayside, Glenmere and Nevendon Place

The design and construction of 18 units comprising 16 two bedroom houses and 2 one bedroom maisonettes for shared ownership. This project was across four redundant garage block sites which involved diversions to Anglian Water sewers and new sewer and utility connections.
