The design and construction of a terrace of 6 four bedroom houses for social rent on a former garage block site. The houses were three storey with a mix of pitched and flat roofs and included Photovoltaic Panels. The scheme also included a new crossover and carpark with EV charging points and new sewer and utility connections.
