The design and construction of 9 two bedroom houses for private sale on the site of a former children’s home which was demolished. The build consisted of piled foundations which had to be designed to avoid the existing piles from the previous building. The scheme involved the diversion of a Thames Water sewer which was running across the site as well as new sewer and utility connections.
