Kingswood Community Centre

The conversion of an existing and redundant community centre into 3 two bedroom self-contained apartments for social rent. The works comprised brick-slip cladding to the facades, strengthening to the existing roof structure and new roof coverings and extensive fire proofing and fire stopping works to ensure the new units met with the current Building Regulations.
