Epping 4.2

The design and construction of 22 units across seven sites comprising 9 two bedroom houses, 12 three bedroom houses and 1 two bedroom bungalow. All of the sites were redundant garage block sites and included sewer and utility diversions as well as new sewer and utility connections and photovoltaic roof panels. Some of the sites also involved extensive highways works under S278 agreements.
