The design and construction of 3 three bedroom houses on an existing redundant garage site including demolition. The works also included the diversion of a major Anglian Water sewer and the agreement of party wall awards for the removal of the garages and replacement with new boundary walls to all of the neighbouring properties. Extensive utility works were also required to bring services onto the site.
